Listen to your mom. Love your mom unconditionally. You only get so many chances to get it right. Mom's are often the glue to keep our families together , yet too often mom's feelings can be overlooked. Too often mom's who will give their last are treated like dirt. Too often mom's advice is not worth listening too and we have it all figured out. Too often we bat our eyes and turn our cheeks to the tears that roll down our mothers cheek during lectures when all along she just wanted to protect you from a world fueled off our stealing the innocence of the youth and capitalizing off of vulnerabilities of those who battle physical and mental disabilities and disorders. She just wanted to protect you , so you wouldn't be mentally or emotionally unstable not have to jump the hurdles she's jumped to reach success.
