Having multiple generations that make up your church family is both a blessing and a challenge. We need to seek to understand and appreciate our differing perspectives and how each generation has been shaped by their life experiences. Rather than allowing our varying perspectives to cause frustration or division, we seek to lean into the strengths of each generation and ensure that the torch of faith is passed to each rising generation.
