“No exemptions!” Trump said Sunday about who’d be hit with new tariffs on steel imports.  But now, Steve Mnuchin says the US doesn’t want to get into a trade war, and has said the tariffs won’t apply to Canada.  He told a house of representatives subcommittee that Canada and Mexico will be exempt.
