Most people change their phone numbers or shut down their voicemails or their phones to keep active phone harassment out. But there is a new kind of harassment going on and it's called soft ghosting and in my opinion it isn't so soft because the feeling that it evokes is not a soft feeling at all. It's a very hurtful burning feeling: it makes the second guess ourselves and question our self worth and makes us feel like we're not part of the human race.
Honesty is hard to come by because many people lie and lie by omission. They lie quietly which means they tell lies they think they can slip under a rug because they think it won't hurt anyone. But when the truth leaks out or possible truth leaks out in a bad feeling, the lie is never harmless.
