Nick is joined by Ben Beadle, Chief Executive of the National Residential Landlords Association.

Ben has over 18 years in the property sector. He was previously the Managing Director at TDS, where he was responsible for running the largest tenancy deposit scheme in Northern Ireland. He then moved to Touchstone as the Operations Director, responsible for their PRS operations. At present, Ben is the Chief Executive of the largest trade body for landlords in the UK, the NRLA. Responsible for improving the image of landlords, creating a private sector that is fair for landlords and tenants and helping our members be the best they can, through information, training and accreditation.
