Simon and Saul were renamed Peter and Paul after coming to faith in Jesus. They received a new name for a new life. These apostles of Jesus were sent out into the world to carry the good news of Jesus to all people in their generation. Baptized into Jesus' death and resurrection, called to be his witnesses in the world, we are his
