Bob Gunnell of BoxcarPR discussed a new proposal to move Topgolf from the Oxmoor Center/Sears location to farmland near the currently proposed site. He also discussed how Oxmoor could still be involved in the project and the lack of opposition from residents in the newly proposed area.
