November Update: 

Behind-the-scenes work is underway to clarify systems, introduce new tools, and establish new staff values.

Matt continues learning Parkview’s systems and getting to know the staff and their roles.

The pastoral staff held an offsite on 11/20 to identify priorities for the next 12–24 months—focusing on what matters most in this season.

In November, we held two unique worship services (11/2, 11/9) by changing the chair setup and the overall Sunday morning format. This offered a glimpse of the flexibility—and hopefully creativity—to come. We will never change just for change’s sake, but these were strong examples of a vision and value leading us to try something new.

January will launch a new series on leading faithfully through transition and stepping into new seasons—relevant both for Parkview and for anyone starting something new in the new year.
