Brady congratulates Eric's daughter, Madeline for the arrival of her son, Henry and the guys debate how Henry should address Eric (Gramps, Grandpa, Eric?).  Congrats to Maddy and Alan on their new bundle of joy!  The guys rant about traffic, noise pollution and welcome more and more signs of normal community living - including picnics and gatherings.  Lots of events going on this week.
