Eddy and Sue are on a tour of London without their parents and end the day at Terror Tower, an old prison where heinous acts of torture were conducted. However, as they explore the tower, Eddy and Sue soon realize that the tower and its inhabitants may be more real than they thought. Will they soon fall victim to the devices of torture that once plagued the tower in the past, or will they escape, only to find true terror beyond the walls?
