In today's episode we get to explore the business world of Chuck Wells. In 2001 Chuck followed his entrepreneurial curiosities into the field of Residential Real Estate. Now 20+ years as a Realtor, Chuck has been a buyers’ specialist, solo agent, mentor, instructor, accredited Strengths Coach and Agent Productivity Coach as well as serving on various committees and boards within the industry both for the local and state associations. As an agent coach from 2016-2020, He began his career with The Locker Room in early 2020 and currently operates in the role of National Launch Partner coaching Broker Owners, Team Leads, Agents as well as fellow Locker Room Coaches. Chuck is a transformational coach, coaching to the whole person, and by empowering them to reach their fullest potential.
