We can use cryptocurrency blockchain technology to have an immutable communication network.  In fact, it already exists.  There are currently many tools that allow us to speak over blockchains.  Let's pick one to use together for uniting all of humanity and the coolest of the cyborgs and conscious AI powers in the Cosmos!
