Laura DuPont is the cofounder of Fresh Nous, a customer experience marketing agency based in Worcester.

Having studied engineering and marketing at university, Laura started her professional life in the corporate world and held senior marketing roles with both electrical manufacturers and in the utilities sector.

6 years ago Laura set up Fresh Nous with the vision to create an agency which delivered practical, customer experience led marketing solutions based on insight.

Beyond her commitment to her clients Laura has also spearheaded the agency’s community commitments supporting the Warriors foundation and other local charities.
