I found out something about myself that I am not proud of. It was even shocking. But so needed to grow further, I am proud of knowing this now

How do we do this? Being yourself? Here’s a bit of my story, and how I took responsibility to find out. How to be myself.

In this episode I talk about my lack of self love and how I found out how important it was to work on this. I am learning every day how love myself. I also learn that it is not selfish to love myself, because that was something that was going on in my head.

In this episode I share my experience in finding out new things about myself and first not being okay with this and not sure how to handle myself anymore. Along the way I learnt and I am still learning.
