Growing up Nastachia Frederick experienced physical, mental, and sexual abuse. This caused displacement from her home and a loss of self. Even though she was young, she continued to advocate for herself and speak her truth to power. Today, she shares her story to help anyone enduring hard times, hoping that they will never give up on themself.
