The Book of Hebrews, Chapter 1, verse 3, "By faith, we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible." Now, this is a phenomenal verse of Scripture. It tells us that God specializes in creating something out of nothing. Just imagine that. He created the universe, the world, simply by a spoken word. He didn't need material to do it. He created something out of nothing, and when He makes a promise to us, He doesn't need material to make that happen, either. All He has to do is speak into our lives. He says this may be what you are now, but this is what you will be. My brothers and my sisters, it's time to have faith in a God who can be trusted. It's time to believe again in every promise that He has given to us. It's time to pray.
