A Place To Love.

The truth is

I just need a place,

even if I can't

place her face,

somewhere there's

a six foot space,

on a bed of moss

with some loving Grace.

On the space shuttle

we could float together

as I become her only tether,

On Mount Rushmore

where we'll both rush less,

and add two faces of happiness.

Behind the mall in a Cadillac,

where Victoria's secret's

are finally cracked,

Down the turnpike

on a greyhound bus,

just leave the backseat

drive to us.

In the White House

where we'' ll paint it red,

with some government pork

on the president's bed,

On a rooftop just

like Santa Clause,

sliding up her chimney

without pause.

And if she says

she needs a reason,

I'll blame it on

her constant teasing,

those goodnight kisses,

that final hug,

when inside there's

a soft bear rug.

Or I'll look at her

and eagerly say,

that "It's National Copulation Day,

don't ya think we should

celebrate in someway.

God gave us two pieces

of a puzzle that make

a most lovely picture

for heaven's sake.

There are billions

of reasons and great

places to share,

the act that shows

how much we care,

just one time please

give me a chance,

to show my moves

in a horizontal dance.

Then when "Yes" plays

across her face,

I'm sure we'll settle

for anyplace
