We investigate a quote from the Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church of America - Rev. Katharine Jefforts Schori. In speaking of the crisis in her own church she says: "the overarching connection in all these crisis has to do with 'the great Western heresy' - that we can be saved as individuals, that any of us alone can be in a right relationship with God."
