Valentine's Day does not appear to have any pagan antecedents. It is a great time to express our love for our spouses and also for those who are about to get married. We remember those we love perhaps with flowers, candies, a meal out together, etc. But there is something more too, and that is the love of God as expressed in Jesus Christ.
