Dr. Grace Chen O'Neil has been promoting the plant-based lifestyle on her YouTube channel and blog 365 Days of Graceful Living. In January she joins the ThinkTech Hawaii team as host of her new show promoting the vegan life. Dr. Grace Chen O’Neil is an emergency physician in Hawaii.  She was inspired to create her new show after seeing many people suffer from chronic diseases that could be prevented with diet and lifestyle changes.  She aspires to help people avoid these preventable diseases or reverse some of the disease processes that may already have started. She is passionate about leading a healthy lifestyle that includes avoiding animal products and practicing yoga. She is a strong advocate of preventing chronic disease through diet and lifestyle changes.
