Less Stress, More Fun

A playful "year in review"

Listen Later

In December, do you look back on the year? I like a ritual of reflection, but like to look at different types of measurements than just “did I meet my goal” questions.

Research shows that we have a bias toward negative information. This can show up in how we reflect on our past.

What if we took that into consideration and intentionally developed a playful, positive way to review the year?

In this episode you’ll learn:

  • Unique approaches to a personal year end review
  • Measured vs. process results
  • Ways to balance your mind’s natural and healthy negative bias in your year end review
