This week sees the introduction of a guest podcast series and first on the show by right is Lauren's own mother.

Lauren wanted to bring her on mum onto the show to go through all the highs and lows that her family they went through during her dance career so that hopefully any parents listening can resonate with these challenges and even gain some insight into best ways to deal with the same problems should they arise.
