Welcome to Double Nickels w/Dr. Quack!  This is a short solo episode about what I hope to accomplish with my podcast and a bit of the why.  I'm creating this space to celebrate women who are living and aging authentically.  It's a safe space for you to grow and remember the best version of yourself.  Apologies for the repitition in the Intro and Outro.  I'm a work in progress and so is this podcast.
