Light Messages with Deborah DeMoss Smith

A Poem of Light

Listen Later

A Poem of Light

Today’s podcast is a poem called A Poem of Light and was given to me by Heldon, one of my nonphysical guides. Heldon spoke with a Middle English dialect of the 1200s. Here’s this assuring life poem, followed by comments.

Leave yourself open and you will see

That the day of your Light is upon thee.

Keep your heart firm and you will always know

That the path of which you walk is that of secure.

Understand your trust and through it you will find

The rose of your Light and the thorns of your mind.

You leave yourself open by being humble to receiving this.

Light and with no preconceptions of how a light message should come to you.

You keep your heart firm by standing first in your heart; you came to earth to love and trust yourself. It’s also the first step to loving others. As my grandmother would say: “You can’t give what you don’t have.”

You understand your trust by paying attention to your intuition, your inner guidance. This expands your Light’s brilliance while smoothing out the thorns of your mind, those negative thoughts that are the antithesis of peace.

Deborah received “A Poem of Light” from one of her guides when she began her path to increasing her Light’s brightness. She turns to it when she seeks encouragement today!
