She launched EMBRACE because She believes relationships with others – those we forge in our homes, our workplace and communities – form the foundation on which we build and live our lives. When relationships aren’t working optimally, often times neither are we.
She works with clients one-on-one to tackle the complex issues that plague these relationships and find a way forward and organizations who recognize the importance of mental health in their organizations.
Recognizing that one size never fits all, and that people are ever evolving, she pulls from a vast array of tools, approaches and methodologies to deliver results.
