In this episode we discuss the newly discovered COVID-19 vaccine, looking at its benefits and its challenges, and try to assess if it can stop this virus. We also look at an example of a positive consequence of the pandemic in the Royal Derby hospital, and we explore why such initiatives should carry on in the future, post-pandemic, and touch on the mental challenges that being a healthcare professional entails, especially in these tough times
