Here is a prayer you can pray as practice fasting.

• Confess why fasting feels like such a sacrifice.
• Share with the Lord why you are fasting today.
• Pray for eyes to see what the Lord does during your fast.
• Lift up to praise God and let Him know why it’s worth it to you to do this.
