On July 5th 2019, Jose and Ursula say their son drowned in the pool, bruises prove otherwise. A little boy removed then given back to abusive parents on 4 occasions. A great grandmother that begs the caseworker to let him continue to live with her. 15 documented complaints to DCFS. Little Noah complained to family that his "butt hurt", no one knew it was a cry for help because of the sexual abuse inflicted by his father.  A Judge orders he finally be removed, the DCFS Assistant Regional Supervisor decides to ignore the court order until THEIR investigation is complete.
