A Prayer for Noticing the Good

Loving God,

When we begin to notice the good in our lives,

something within us starts to shift—

even if nothing has changed yet—

And there is still so much we carry,

things that weigh on us,

things we don’t understand,

things we wish were different.

And yet,

there is also good—

Help us to notice it.

Help us to name it.

Help us to embrace it.

And from that place,

teach us how to respond—

with gratitude,

in the ways we show up for ourselves and one another,

in the ways we live.

Amen.
