I would love to pray for you God of mercy, I love you. I pray for my friend. They are struggling with forgiveness. God, you said that if we don’t forgive others then you will not forgive us. Help my friend to see your heart about forgiveness. Show them how serious unforgiveness is, and how forgiveness is the right thing to do. God, you love us and your instructions are here to help us, not to hurt us. Let my friend experience your love so that they will be able to love others. God, I ask that you will remove any bitterness, envy, or hate that may be in my friend’s heart. I pray that my friend forgives today, for we don’t know what tomorrow will bring. Lord, I ask that you will give my friend peace and comfort. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.
