Tommy Lee Andrews was a serial rapist and monster who sexually assaulted 22 or more woman in the early 80's. He would become the person in U.S. history to be convicted of such crimes with the use of DNA profiling. Just as this same DNA system was used in England to convict its first ever serial killer it worked to convict this monster in Florida.
