A Preview and Best Practices for ViVE 2026 Sponsors

Listen Later

One of the newest and hottest health IT conferences is the ViVE conference organized by the HLTH and CHIME teams.  The conference brings together health IT leader from provider organizations in a collaborative and vibrant conference. Since this has become an important conference in the world of health IT, we wanted to sit down with the team at HLTH to learn more about the ViVE 2026 conference from a sponsor perspective.

In this discussion with Nancy Mastroianni, Head of Investors & Networks at HLTH, Kim Fox, Head of Connect Programs at HLTH, and Troy Goodwin, Account Director at HLTH, we covered a broad range of topics about the ViVE 2026 conference happening next month. We start off talking about what sponsors should know about the conference and discuss some of the many options available to sponsors at the conference.

One of the most popular programs at ViVE that is loved by the Swaay.Health community is the provider and payer connect meetings. Fox shares the details of how provider and payer connect works and what health IT companies should expect from the experience. We also ask her to share some best practices for how health IT vendors can make the most of their participation in provider and payer connect.

I also ask the HLTH team to talk about some of the new content areas and unique sponsorship options that are available at ViVE 2026. Some of the unique options are already sold out, but that doesn’t mean you can’t start planning for HLTH 2026 and ViVE 2027. Plus, there are still some opportunities to sponsor, exhibit, and participate in provider and payer connect at ViVE 2026. Not to mention, the HLTH team loves to be creative, so throw out a creative sponsorshp idea and they’ll do what they can to make it happen.

An example of one of those unique options is the option to host an evening event at ViVE. Mastroianni shares details about the opportunity to do a networking event in the evening at ViVE. This is particularly interesting in LA where the evening events can be really spread out and a challenge to get to.

Also, since ViVE is back in LA, I had to ask the HLTH team about what they’ve done to address the long hike to get food that everyone experienced that attended ViVE when it was last in LA. The good news is they’ve moved the food much closer. They also shared that ViVE has had to be creative with the space available because the convention center is doing some work ahead of the Olympics in LA. I’ll be interested to see what the team has done to make ViVE work in the space available.
