Governor DeWine had a choice. To inform and educate the population of Ohio and trust they will take appropriate action, or clearly mark your hatred and distrust of the people and your belief that government knows better than the people it governs how they should live their lives (and businesses).

This is not a conservative Republican's actions, so what motivated Ohio's Governor to take this road?
