** NIA IMANI is the proud mother of three amazing children ages 26, 24 & 16 has four adorable grandbabies. She's been in the Real Estate & Finance Industry for over 15 Years. She has held various Corporate positions that range from Loan Officer, Loan Processor and Loan Review Analyst. She knows the Real Estate process from all sides of the deal. She is a survivor of Domestic Violence, Teenage pregnancy, Homelessness, Financial Hardship, Divorce and Depression.
** This woman is determined to live a life of abundance and triumph so she began her journey to turn her life around. She's always had the FAB FACTOR and developed a BOLD personality early in life. She bought her 1st home at age 23, ironically it turned out to be her 1st investment property too. In 2005 when she put it on the market in preparation for a relocation to Atlanta, the home had tripled in value. Needless to say that transaction opened her eyes to the possibilities that could be created through Real Estate.
** Before embarking on a career as a Real Estate Agent NIA IMANI became a 1st generation entrepreneur. She started a successful Commercial Janitorial Service at age 24 with a small investment of less than $100. In one year she secured over 7 government contracts. NIA IMANI believes that when you create a WEALTH BUILDING BLUEPRINT & work your plan the sky is the limit. After obtaining her Georgia Real Estate License in 2007 she went on to establish a profitable Real Estate Practice. Within 6 month clients flew in from California, Florida and New York to do business. Her magnetic personality opened the door to an amazing endeavor that is still growing today. In 2014 NIA IMANI obtained her California Real Estate License. Driven by ambition in 2017 she decided to expand her credentials and became a Licensed Financial Professional with certifications in 37 States. This woman is on the move and will continue to ignite her spark as a Leader In The Industry.
