Coaching= Mental Fitness

When looking for the right fit for you, here are the 3 main things to consider:


1. What is the therapist/coach's background (credentials, experience, education, knowledge)

2. How do I feel when engaging with them?

3. Do they embody what they teach/coach/support?


be sure to ask questions, understand yourself, know what you need and don't settle.
