A jarring photo of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau wearing brownface in 2001, and subsequent revelations of two other instances in which Trudeau wore racist makeup, could change the course of Canada’s ongoing election campaign. The Prime Minister has apologized and admitted that his actions were racist.
