This is an experiment of sorts. Before jumping into the seminar style discussion we've done in the past, we've chosen to do a straight reading of V. I. Lenin's Draft Theses on National and Colonial Questions for the Second Congress of the Communist International. The piece is short and, by nature as a draft, not fully fleshed out, but it is also brimming with insight and rife for interrogation.
