Something that has been bouncing around in my mind for a little while, wanted to get it out and see where it landed! The question that sparked my thinking - has sport and coaching become over complicated? Have we (coaches/organisations) added layers of complication that to something that should be simple? Have we over complicated things, to create a problem, then offered solutions to the problems we have created?
