Met Ayesha, She was born in Bangalore, India and moved to Canada when She was 4.
She's a BCRPA Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Coach, Fit4Two Pre/Post Natal, and a Alive Vegetarian Certified Coach.
Here journey in health & fitness began about 11 years ago when I took a job as a Health Coach with a Private Clinic. My background was in interior design and so this was a different avenue for me. I knew I had found my calling as 11 years later I’m still helping women lead healthier lives incorporating a balanced & sustainable lifestyle.
"I turned 40 years old last year, and now more than ever it is my aim to age gracefully and naturally and help other women to do so through my teachings and guidance. "
Balance is key. I love food and consider myself a Foodie Trainer. I am also a firm believer in wellness + fitness, the importance of mental health in conjunction with physical health and how vital it is to merge both of them together for optimal living and vitality.
Going forward it is also my goal to reshape the way women look at fitness and themselves. We must learn to love our unique strengths and qualities. There is only one of us. Keep your shine.
In my spare time I enjoy the great outdoors with my husband, photography, and design.
