What a rollercoaster 2020's was for the world at large. Despite the millions of lives lost from the pandemic, many people experienced and learned a lot about themselves and their families. In this discussion, I asked my kids about their experiences and what they learned in 2020. I was expecting mostly negative experiences but was surprised they had a lot of great things to talk about the year 2020. Maybe it is the right time for us parents to recap the year with our kids and help them face the new year 2021 with courage and hope and know that despite the pandemic the world is facing there is still hope for humanity.
