Only a sociopathic, self-centered, narcissistic bastard would expect you to give them a referral and not refer you back. 

In this episode, I'm giving you some games on the proper etiquette to being a solid referral partner. 

Some people have personality disorders they need to get checked out. 

Most people are very selfish when it comes to referral relationships. 

They expect it, but never give it back. 

You've got to think about the other person if you want solid referral partners. 

Referrals are some of the best business you can obtain. 

You're not doing your referral partners a favor by simply taking care of the referrals they send you. 

If you want to take care of your referral partners and truly thank them for their business, SEND THEM A REFERRAL BACK!!!!!!!! 

The guy who's flashing on social media all their exotic cars and watches and don't send you anything doesn't deserve a referral.

They always come and ask, but the truth is, they probably don't have the business to send. 

Here's the logic as it pertains to referrals:

If you're sending referrals to someone who doesn't return the favor, stop referring them. 

Feed the network that feeds you. 

You have a business, employees, your family, their families, and everyone else to take care of, so before you think about sending referrals out, send them out to people who will send them right back. 

Otherwise, you'll be sitting on a sinking ship as you watch everyone else rise.
