In today's episode, I hear from Jeremy Fleming the Owner of Stage Kings. On the 13th of March, this year Stage Kings had millions of dollars worth of work lined up across Australia then 5 days later he had $0.

He had two choices fold the business or pivot and find a way to make the most of a very tough situation.

Seven weeks on and Jeremy has now transformed his business from a Stage Provider to a furniture manufacturer. Not only has he not had to let any of his staff go but he has hired more people and is doing everything he can to keep people who were previously working in the now decimated events industry employed.
