John Paul Moran, an openly gay conservative, is fighting for the Massachusetts 6th district congressional seat against incumbent democrat Rep. Seth Moulton. So far Moulton has refused to debate his opponent and Moran is doing his best to get his pro small business, bi partisan approach to government out to voters just 10 days before the election. Is it time to start working together instead of drawing party lines and creating obstacles instead of solutions?
