The Waking Up Podcast #120 "What Is and What Matters" is the motivation for this special unplanned episode of Creating Utopia. I find myself unable to resist the temptation to encourage Sam Harris to either explore the idea of what others are perceiving as a feeling of freedom or agency, or elaborate on why they are simply wrong about the way they're interpreting their own conscious experience. Either way, the free will question has not been answered, and I've attempted to explain that feeling we have of freedom, while recognizing we very well may not have "free will" at all.
