In this episode I had a fascinating conversation with Nick Sanderson, founder of Audley Villages, one of the leading retirement village companies in the UK and one of the nicest places I have ever been to thats not a holiday resort on a sunny island. With a background in housebuilding and many years of experience, Nick gives a great insight into the current state of care quality in the UK as well as revealing what makes Audley so successful. We discuss ageism, staff satisfaction in the industry and the future of retirement care.
