Love found a way.

With the help of Our God, love found a way to bring hope and happiness. I love Miss Beller's stories, full of sweet adventure, with the beauty of the mountains we love.

Together with God was the best for their relationship

I loved the feeling of actually being on the mountains with the cabin and the beauty from the sweet love story that included the trials of building a relationship in those days. The book was one I didn't want to put down. Thanks for a great read.

Hard times

Reading this book is an excellent way to learn the way of early settlers in the mountain ranges of the early west. It tells of the hard winters, ways to grow crops for the months they are snow bound. I was also interested in the use of native plants used for flavor in their cooking.

Another good one!

Loved Gretta and her giving generous nature and the development of Zeche' s character after meeting him in the 1st book in the series. The descriptions of the rugged mountains, people and animals were very good too. Can't wait for the next book. Great job, Misty.

Great Page-Turner

Loved this book and had trouble putting it down to get anything else done. I love the way Misty Beller writes! She is able to make you feel the way each character feels. You can see that she has researched not only the area she writes about, but also the medicines, herbs, and cooking styles of the period. Well worth reading!
