According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, from 2015 through 2020 there was an average of 370 fatal crashers per year nationwide due to police pursuits.  A company called StarChase believes it has a better way - A GPS tag that can be attached to a fleeing vehicle to track its movements.
