The Word of God tells us that “to everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven” (Ecclesiastes 3:1 KJV). We begin to understand that for every time and purpose, a change comes. In this season, we refrain from speaking. Instead, we listen – listen for the direction of the Lord, listen for His comfort, for His advice through His precious Holy Spirit. BUT…. When God is ready! That season will end, and a new season will burst forth!
As one season ends, we notice that there is a point of change. Elements of the old way of life begin to recede or are torn down, and new elements begin to appear or be build up. We use the term “pivot” today. We shift in our positions or tactics. It is in recognizing this shift, that we have the hope that our change will come. So, let us tackle these two questions. Can you feel the change? And, are you ready for the change?
