A pandemic happens a few times in a century and depending on its severity most folks will not remember one pandemic from the others. In 1918, America experienced a very severe Influenza outbreak rivaling what is happening today. There are several similarities and most all of those similarities seem like they had to do with socialization and spread of the disease. I though today's podcast could focus on those while providing some much needed perspective of the 1918 flu.
