Have you lost a relationship or a friendship because you could not communicate well? Think about it…. .

If you say too little, your communication never goes through as well as you would want it to. You need words around words- the right words around the right words- that’s what communication is.

The more you say, the less people will remember what you have said.

Had each of the three conversations between the monk and gurudev been a paragraph or two, Gurudev would’ve understood the monk’s concerns better and not judged him.

If the monk spoke a para everytime, YOU would probably struggle to remember the story.

Much the same goes for your everyday communications. Relationships are all governed by communication. You just need the right words around the right words in the right tone at the right time for the right people.

Think about it……think about all the relationships and friendships you have lost because of not communicating well.
